NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 2008-CA-7482-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association as Grantor Trustee of the Protium Master Grantor Trust, is the Plaintiff and Aristide Diaz, Jr., Jane Doe n/k/a Melony Byrnes, and John Doe n/k/a Daniel Byrnes are defendants. This Notice is to be published in The Business Observer. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 23RD day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 421, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT THREE-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
