LOT 191, OF SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 59 AND 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 25, 1974, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 767, PAGE 445; AS AMENDED APRIL 30, 1989, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1808, PAGE 1631.
