Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 14, 2012, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 26, 2013, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 4, Block 7, ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 2, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 58, Pages 85 through 94, inclusive, of the public records of Pasco County, FL.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, on October 31, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.
