NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007921 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and CAROLE J SAVOY; VENICE EAST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ; LOT 6, BLOCK 14, VENICE EAST SECTION ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
