NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010599 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CANDACE DISANTO; MICHAEL KAPES are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 764, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8 AND 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
