NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006081-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM J. MCDONALD A/K/A WILLIAM MCDONALD DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MARIE ANNE BOHANNAN A/K/A MARIE A. MCDONALD A/K/A WILLIAM MCDONALD, DECEASED; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SARASOTA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT; GULF COAST HMA PHYSICIAN MANAGEMENT INC; SUNCOAST PATHOLOGY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY; FLORIDA CANCER SPECIALISTS; MEDICAL DEPARTMENT STORE; RADIOLOGY ASSOCIATES OF VENICE AND ENGLEWOOD; SOUTH COUNTY HEART CENTER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
