NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30th day of September, 2013, in Civil Action No. 2012-CA-001343-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which STEVEN A. MAJKA and KAREN E. MAJKA, husband and wife, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSESSION are the Defendants, IBERIABANK is the Plaintiff, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota Clerk of Circuit & County Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 5th day of November, 2013 in accordance with Florida Statute 45.031, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.,the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Sarasota County, Florida:
Tract F, Block 832, 19th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 7 and 7A thru 7T, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
