NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002749-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein GLEN GARRON, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH BROYLES, ET AL., are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on November 4, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2509, OF 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, 7A-7H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
