NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-008120 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SALLY I SWEENEY; BATSON-COOK COMPANY; BRIAN J GEERY; FLORIDA SHORES BANK - SOUTHWEST; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; RENAISSANCE I ASSOCIATION, INC; ROSEMARY PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; SPECFLOORS WEST LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); WATERPROOFING CONTRACTORS OF FLORIDA LLC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1216, RENAISSANCE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2001000167, ON JANUARY 2, 2001, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGES 39 THROUGH 39HH, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
