NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc the 30th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-017403 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and AMOS BORNTREGER, MARY KAY BORNTREGER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOK 10, PAGE 93 &93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
