NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005797-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-5 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and CRAIG JAEGER, WENDY JAEGER, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMES, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 12 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1505, THIRTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 14, 14A THROUGH 14Q,, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sIXTY (60) days after the sale.
