NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006011 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RFMSI 2007S7 was the Plaintiff and ALLAN BRUCE WAUGH, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 106, FISHERMAN'S COVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 749, PAGE 1 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 44, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
