YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien on the following described real property, located in SARASOTA County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers 102/15, 209/30, 209/28, 109/27, 105/31, 105/26, 210/29 and 210/50, in GULF TIDES OF LONGBOAT KEY, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Page 0429 through 0541, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 1451, Page 1275 and 1276, and Official records Book 1456, Pages 263 through 267, inclusive, and Official records Book 1596, Pages 1513 through 1541, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Pages 7 and 7A through 7K, inclusive, amended in Condominium Book 17, Pages 26 and 26A through 26C, inclusive, and Condominium Book 20, Pages 38A through 38J, inclusive, together with any amendments or exhibits thereto, recorded in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you. If you fail to cure the default as set forth in this notice or take other appropriate action with regard to this foreclosure matter, you risk losing ownership of your timeshare interest through the trustee foreclosure procedure established in section 721.855, Florida Statutes. You may choose to sign and send to the trustee an objection form, exercising your right to object to the use of the trustee foreclosure procedure. If you would like an Objection form. you should contact the undersigned Trustee. CHARLES J. CINO, ESQUIRE, in writing. Upon the trustee's receipt of your signed objection form, the foreclosure of the lien with respect to the default specified in this notice shall be subject to the judicial foreclosure procedure only. You have the right to cure your default in the manner set forth in this notice at any time before the trustee's sale of your timeshare interest.
