NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004726 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARIO BATTAGLIA; ALICE BATTAGLIA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

O. B.; THENCE DEFLECTING 90 DEGREES RIGHT, RUN S 89 DEGREES 55 SECONDS 12 MINUTES E, 480 FEET TO EAST LINE OF SEQ. 20; THENCE DEFLECTING 90 DEGREES LEFT, RUN N 0 DEGREES 4 MINUTES 48 SECONDS E, ALONG SAID SECTION LINE, 329.86 FEET TO THE SOUTH R/W BOUNDARY OF A 66 FEET ROAD R/W FOR S.R. NO. 780 (OLD MYAKKA ROAD) THENCE DEFLECTING LEFT RUN NORTH 62 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 12 SECONDS W, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY R/W OF S.R. 780, 840.49 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF AN 80 FEET PRIVATE ROAD EASEMENT; THENCE S O DEGREES 4 MINUTES 48 SECONDS W, ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT FOR 578.52 TO THE P. O. B. TOGETHER WITH EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 475, PAGE 452, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY; FLORIDA. LESS ANY LANDS TAKEN BY THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA FOR WIDENING OF S.R. NO. 780.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
