NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-009019 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW GENTILELLA; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; TREGATE MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 419, TREGATE MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 987, PAGE 1483, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29D, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
