NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 003263 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERESTED BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SHERMAN HARRIS, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SHERMAN HARRIS; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 23, BLOCK “D”, F.A. WALPOLE'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
