NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-006986 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and CHARLES C. LORIGO; KATHLEEN E. LORIGO AKA KATHLEEN ELIZABETH LORIGO AKA KATHLEEN E. EXON AKA KATHLEEN ELIZABETH EXON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN E LORIGO AKA KATHLEEN ELIZABETH LORIGO AKA KATHLEEN E. EXON AKA KATHLEEN ELIZABETH EXON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 36, BAY POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
