NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020889 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12 Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates SeriesFHAMS 2006-FA7, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Associa is the Plaintiff and Gilbret S. Gray, Unknown Spouse Of Gilbret S. Gray, If Married, Longboat Key Association, Inc, Longboat Key Club Association, Inc, Inn On The Beach Association, Inc, and Unknown Tenant(S) the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 09:00 a.m. on November 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5203, Inn On The Beach, Phase 2, A Condominium, Accoridng To The Declaration Of Condominium Recorded In O.R. Book 1531, Page 1082, And Amendments Thereto, And As Per Plat Thereof, Recorded In Condominium Book 19, Page 13, And Amendments Thereto Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
