NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003391 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC, is the Plaintiff and LINDA SOKOL; JIMMIE SOKOL; UKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 355, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
