NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-005410-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KYLE DENT; MARY DENT; RBC CENTURA BANK; COLONIAL OAKS OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
