NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on October 28, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 38, BRIARCLIFF III, an unrecorded Subdivision located in Section 31, Township 45 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, as per Plat recorded in Official Records Book 728, at Page 685, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
