Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-050441, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK H, OF WESTMINSTER PHASES 7B-10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 91-95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
