NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed Sept 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-051421 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and SUZANNE C. SAEED; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE MANOR AT MORTON GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JAMIE TORRENCE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 28 day of October 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 68, PHASE 8G, THE MANOR AT MORTON GROVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3144, PAGE(S) 3148, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION , AS MAY BE AMENDED.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
