Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on September 18, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-053337 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is plaintiff and Barry Sullivan; Lehigh Corporation; South Build Developers Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) #1; Unknown Tenant(s) #2 in possession of the subject property are the defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on November 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
A portion of Lots 26 and 27, Block 4, Unit 2, Lehigh Estates, Lehigh Acres, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 82, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with a portion of vacated Leonard Boulevard, adjacent to said Lots 26 and 27, as described in Official Record Book 3253, Page 720, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, being more fully described as follows:

Commence at the southerly corner of said Lot 26, said point being on the northeasterly right-of-way line of 24th Street SW; thence North 44 degrees, 4 minutes, 13 seconds East, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 26, to the Point of Beginning; thence North 41 degrees, 53 minutes, 18 seconds West for 100.25 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 27; thence North 44 degrees, 4 minutes, 13 seconds East (non-radial) to a point on a curve concave to the northeast, said point being on the southwesterly right-of-way line of Leonard Boulevard (106 feet wide), said curve having the following elements: radius of 2050.00, central angle of 2 degrees, 59 minutes, 23 seconds, chord bearing South 37 degrees, 53 minutes, 13 seconds East, chord distance of 100.99 feet; thence along said curve for 101.00 feet; thence South 44 degrees, 4 minutes, 13 seconds West for 110.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
