Final Judgment was filed on September 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056611 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT CORNETT; ANITA CORNETT, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 27, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS, EGRESS, DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: THE WEST 217.00 FEET AND THE SOUTH 100.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
THE EAST 3/8 OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID PARCEL CONTAINS: 5.0 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS.
