II, PART I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2053, PAGES 2517, AND AS AMENDED, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 92, AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
