B-8, OF COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 457, PAGE 351, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4227 PALM TREE BLVD APT B8, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904 ; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on October 28, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
