NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed Sept 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056332 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and GLENN N. RONNING, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK AA, HERITAGE PALMS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 1 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
