NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed SEP 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055198 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and INEABELLE NIEVES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 307, THE RESIDENCE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4769, PAGE 1108-1242, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
