NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed SEP 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055804 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Oxford Pointe at Crown Colony Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT G-202, OXFORD POINTE AT CROWN COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3496, PAGE 3729, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
