NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except at set forth hereinafter, on November 27, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH EVERY PRIVILEGE, RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE CERTAIN NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1462, PAGE 591, FILED OCTOBER 22, 1981, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1514, PAGE 269, FILED MAY 19, 1981 ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AS MENTIONED IN THE PARENT TRACT DESCRIPTION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1825, PAGE 3161 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.

SUBJECT TO THE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TRANSMISSION LINE EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 250.00 FEET THEREOF PER OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 702, PAGE 823 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

GRANTOR, SARETA W. LOPEZ, RESERVES AN EXCLUSIVE PERPETUAL EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY (30) FEET OF THE PROPERTY CONVEYED HEREIN FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO PARCEL LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE PARCEL CONVEYED HEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
