Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CC-1621 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of October, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 423, Building 13505, MUSA AT DANIELS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000193278, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis penden,s must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
