NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 30 day of October, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment #202 and an undivided 1/6th share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of MARK III CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in OR Book 1709, Page 2657 thru 2698, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
