NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 27 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51588, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SILVANA M. MCQUEEN and DAVID MCQUEEN are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2676, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 87 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
