THOMPSON, SCOTT C. PATTON A/K/A SCOTT C. PATTEN and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are defendants.
