Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment filed SEP 27, 2013, in Civil Case Number 13-CA-051680, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR JP ALT 2005-S1 is the Plaintiff, and OAK RICHARD WHITMILL A/K/A OAK R. WHITMILL, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 45 and 46, Block 618, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 149 through 173, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 28 day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
