NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-052094 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 09:00 am on 28 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 15, of BANYAN BAY, a subdivision according to the plat as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court under Instrument No. 2006000012043, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
