NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050653 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and GARY J. LUGO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 45, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
