NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed Sept. 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056657 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and NICOLE BOMBERGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 502, OF THE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM III AT BRECKENRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4256, PAGE 1140 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
