NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed SEP 27 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051350 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and mirimar arms condominium association, inc., et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
MIRAMAR ARMS CONDO, UNIT 201, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1730, PAGE 3034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE PROPERTY HEREIN CONVEYED DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OF THE GRANTOR. SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY, AND TAXED SUBSEQUENT TO 2000.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
