NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed SEP 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056891 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Successor In Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT 2007-OA5 Trust, Plaintiff and David Hoglund are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 15, SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000068039, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
