NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed SEP 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056072 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Successor In Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT 2006-7 Trust, Plaintiff and Barney Revuelta are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE 73.0 FEET WEST OF THE NE CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 7, UNITY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE FOR 43.0'; THENCE RUN S00Ëš00'20”E AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE 145.0 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2 FOR 43.0': THENCE RUN N00Ëš00'20” W AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 2 FOR 145.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
