NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed SEP 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-054046 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Patricia J. Jenkins and Brien W. Jenkins, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST ONE HALF OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 32, FOR A DISTANCE OF 665 FEET; THENCE NORTH FOR 50 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE BONITA BEACH ROAD; THENCE CONTINUE ON THE SAME COURSE ON THE CENTER LINE OF A ROAD 130 FEET WIDE FOR 930 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF A ROAD 50 FEET WIDE; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID 50 FOOT WIDE ROAD FOR 185 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE NORTH 130 FEET TO A CANAL; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID CANAL FOR 180 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 130 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF EAST THIRD STREET TO A 50 FOOT WIDE ROAD; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID 50 FOOT WIDE ROAD 180 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
