NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 27 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051396, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GENEL N. CHARELUS, CYPRESS PINES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., KINGS GREENS MAJESTIC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SAINTANITE CHARELUS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 20, UNIT D, KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3819, PAGE 4217 AND AS AMENDED IN BOOK 4696, PAGE 1855, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
