NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 27th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-051150, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and ROMAN DELEON RAMIREZ, ISABEL DELEON RAMIREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A WENDY MARTINEZ are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, ADDITION TWO, SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
