NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 27 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-06967, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND J. BURKE A/K/A RAYMOND J BURKE, JR, CREATIONS BY JUDY & GEORGENE, INC. and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 &31, BLOCK 2782 UNIT 40, CAPE CORAL SUBVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81, THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
