NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Sept. 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053502, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LA SALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-11 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and MARIANA OPREA-PELLA A/K/A MARIANA OPREA PELLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JONATHAN'S BAY ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A JONATHAN'S BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [ ] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 28 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 602 PHASE 1, JONATHANS BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000021492, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
