NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014401 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Laszlo Hajagos a/k/a Laslo Hajagos, Tenant #1 n/k/a William Stolze, The Greens of Town 'N Country Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 7559, BUILDING NO. 2300, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
