P.R.M); THENCE SOUTH ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF CENTRAL AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 258.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 46' 00” EAST ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF 5TH STREET, SOUTHWEST A DISTANCE OF 252 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 46' 00” EAST 65.3 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 12° 34' 52” EAST A DISTANCE OF 149.85 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF 5TH STREET SOUTHWEST, THENCE SOUTH 83° 56' 00” WEST ON A CHORD OF A CURVE 35.54 FOOT; THENCE NORTH 89° 46' 00” WEST A DISTANCE OF 68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
