NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 6th day of November 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A PORTION OF LOT 6, BLOCK 5, CAMPUS SHORES SUBDIVISION; BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10 IN SAID BLOCK 5, (SUBD. P.R.M); THENCE SOUTH ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF CENTRAL AVENUE A DISTANCE OF 258.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 46' 00” EAST ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF 5TH STREET, SOUTHWEST A DISTANCE OF 252 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 46' 00” EAST 65.3 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 12° 34' 52” EAST A DISTANCE OF 149.85 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF 5TH STREET SOUTHWEST, THENCE SOUTH 83° 56' 00” WEST ON A CHORD OF A CURVE 35.54 FOOT; THENCE NORTH 89° 46' 00” WEST A DISTANCE OF 68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
