NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the September 24, 2013 Amended Order of Public Sale of Property Pursuant to Chapter 64, Florida Statutes (the “Order”), entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, shall sell at a Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as otherwise provided in the Order, the following property, which is described in the Order, at the George E. Edgecomb Building, Jury Auditorium, 2ND Floor, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of October, 2013. At the time of the Sale, the successful high bidder by certified funds (i.e. official bank check or certified check) shall post with the Clerk of the Court a deposit equal to at least five (5) percent of the final bid. The deposit shall be applied to the final successful bid price at the time of final payment. The balance of the final payment plus the clerk's service charge pursuant to Florida Statute 28.24(10) and the amount of the documentary stamps on the Certificate of Title, calculated on the amount of the successful high bid shall be paid to the Clerk of the Court by certified funds by no later than noon on November 1, 2013.
